New Iberia Branch

First Pioneers Federal Credit Union approached Labarre Associates to help them expand their area of service. The team started with a strategic facility session that narrowed down the best area. Next, Labarre’s Real Estate team located a perfect site in New Iberia, LA for their next branch. Once the site was secured Labarre’s Architecture team developed a 3,105 sf plan that features large, cast stone blocks, white masonry, and dark stained exposed timber construction with a striking curved roof. Labarre Associates then partnered with CDI Solutions to put together a remarkable interior concept that celebrated the curved roof, exposed structure, stone, and wood finishes. The project was completed with much success in the fall of 2019.
