Angela Cannon

As the President of Labarre Associates, Angela brings with her leadership and experience as a CEO of her family’s industrial construction and maintenance company. She started her career experience in accounting and HR, eventually working her way into increasingly demanding leadership positions. This well-rounded experience makes her a steadfast and accomplished leader for Labarre as well as our designated ambassador for the firm’s company culture. To Angela, the best part of her job is helping teammates and clients breathe easier by connecting them to professionals they can trust. Angela is a Licensed Industrial Contractor in the State of Louisiana and a member of multiple committees in the Livingston Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, Angela serves her community with her husband, Lee Alessi, by working with a wide spectrum of organizations. From the local Marine Corps League, to animal rescue efforts, to waterways conservation, she finds ways to give back in meaningful, results-driven ways. She shares this love of community and charity with her entire family, including their rescued dogs. Throughout her children’s lives, Angela has made sure to teach her son, Blaine, and daughter, Claire, that life is about making memories, not accumulating things, so in her free time you can find them doing things such as skydiving, attending concerts and traveling. She found her equal in this approach to life in her husband, Lee, and their recent Hawaiian beach marriage has solidified that, while she could do all this without him, she wouldn’t want to
