Livingston Parish Library

Main Branch

The Parish Library System teamed with LABARRE ARCHITECTS, APAC in 2002 to plan for a Parish-wide rollout of branches. A program was prepared which determined the most equitable approach to spreading the funding in projects that would best cover the entire Parish. Larger branches were planned for heavily populated areas and smaller branches in the more rural towns. Over the course of the next 10 years Labarre would complete 5 new branches and a conversion of an old branch into the new Administrative Offices. Each of these projects was completed on schedule and under budget.
